Tools to support connection, clarity and choice

What can we do to help establish a practice of conscious and connected communication at home or at work? To build our listening and sharing skills and strengthen the habit of receiving ourselves and others with care? The key word is practice! In my house we need to have a practice and sometimes we need a container for the practice. Enter stage right….

The simply fabulous inspiring TableTalk.

The inspiring TableTalk is an interactive and playful communication tool for personal and professional applications.

It is perfectly designed to be used at a table, on a desk or on the floor and has proved effective in training, coaching and mediation.

It consists of our unique digital print, on washable fabric, with 16 stones in 4 different colours and a handbook available in both hard and soft format.

The stones are used as markers to remember what is said, and as a visual support when making choices. Through games, processes and exploration, inspiring TableTalk will guide you as both inner and outer dialog emerges and new insights arise.

inspiring TableTalk supports:

  • effective communication
  • transformation of conflicts into dialogues
  • immediate and effective insight into what drives you and others
  • giving voice to the unexpressed
  • equality in conversations
  • insight into your communication and awareness of your actions.

Nonviolent communication: the foundation of inspiring

Inspiring Indian convention 2014

inspiring TableTalk is based on Nonviolent Communication, a powerful and transformational approach to communication which encourages people to become aware of their own, and others, feelings and needs.

NVC consists of the following 4 steps: objective observation, feelings that are stimulated by the observation, needs that are associated with the feelings and a request as an expression of what we want. In addition, empathy and compassion are the two fundamental components that support us in using these 4 steps.

Your intention, as well as your goals, determines the outcome of any dialogue. NVC helps us to connect to our intention and encourages interaction, cooperation and dialogue, focused on the connection with oneself and the other. Together, you create sustainable results and win-win solutions. Using the Inspiring tool regularly, helps you make different and more life-serving choices about how you react to, and engage with life,  offering a pathway to create deeper and more satisfying connections.

Approaching life with this awareness, we can more readily find strategies to meet everyone’s needs compassionately, and make life more wonderful!

You can buy your copy throughout website www.inspiringeveryone.com or through this link. Each set is printed on strong, washable fabric and fully foldable. It comes with 16 stones in 4 different colours, and an in-depth handbook full of ideas and suggestions for how to use inspiring TableTalk.

I use the inspiring TableTalk with my clients, in workshops and in my relationships to strengthen our empathy muscles, have authentic conversations, uncover the deeper needs alive for myself and others and anywhere I want to experience more ease and joy in connecting!
