Living NVC Day 23rd March 2018

Southsea Portsmouth, Hampshire, United Kingdom

Living NVC Days are offered as a space to explore much needed community, and lean into support that helps us build our capacity and willingness to speak up and name what’s underneath. Our day is steeped in the practice of Nonviolent Communication and deep heart-full listening to what is alive in us and each other. Both the full Living NVC days and the fortnightly practice group are created to support living and speaking from a consciousness that transforms blame or moralistic judgement and values self-connection, vulnerability and listening with the willingness to be changed by what we hear.Date: 23rd March 2018 Time: 10am – 4.00 pm Venue: Central Southsea, Portsmouth, UK. Cost: Offered in gift. Please bring food to share and any contribution you wish to offer to Emma for her time.
