Your hearth keepers will hold you through a series of curated sound journeys within the fiery cave.
Hand-made sauna whisks made from homegrown herbs, oak and birch will fill the sauna with the scents of the forest.
Coming outside to cool off, our bare feet will connect with the earth, we will submerge in cold water and revel in the sensation of the air on our fire-hot skin; deeply honouring our bodies in the process of this elemental journey.
Salt scrubs and anointing oils will soothe your skin.
Afterwards, there will be time to talk around the fire pit and a bowl of home-made, organic soup and bread will fortify you for your journey home.
You are free to participate, or not, in aspects of the journey as you feel called – for example, the cold tub may not be suitable for everyone and you can choose how long you stay in the sauna or be guided by the hearth keepers.
This offering is for small parties and spaces are limited.

With Aura Boyd and Emma Collins
Aura is an earth wanderer; treading lightly and harvesting honourably. Portalling guests around the world, to immerse in history and archaeology, she oscillates through realms and time, centering the ancient and sacred. From Gobekli Tepe to Petra to Great Zimbabwe to the Atacama Giant…and uncountable sites in between. Aura walks alongside the ancestors, ghosts, the forgotten and the remembered. She lays them a place at the table. She is a keeper of the hearth. With a passion for ancestral crafts, the natural world and connection, Aura creates, holds, alchemises and weaves. She makes and shares, receiving deep joy in nourishment of all kinds. Aura lives in fullness, feasting on life, enchanted by the mystery.
Emma is a hedge witch, a storyteller, and a grief whisperer. She lives in a beautiful house at the edge of the woods with a kitchen that is always preparing for a feast. She gathers people, nettles, and stories and weaves them into beautiful tapestries of community, ceremony, and rooted living. She spends her days collecting treasure from the forest floor and medicine from the hedgerows. You can mostly find her outside tending the vegetables and herbs in the garden, walking the woods, conjuring blessings from the joys and heartaches of life and making offerings to the moon, the ancestors and forgotten stories of this land. She knows her magic is real and her spells are conjured from remembered fragments of place-based folk magic and the medicine of her ancestors.
